Funded by Happy Roots and a collaborative group of donors from across the country, the Chair will spearhead research, training, and knowledge mobilization across the philanthropic and nonprofit sector. 

Researchers from the Knowledge Institute on Child and Youth Mental Health and Addictions have found that a new mental health screening tool developed to address the needs of children under 6 years old (HEADS-ED) helped intake workers in identifying a child’s level of need and in matching the child to the right services.
